Unhappy Shift through gears loud noise from rear differential

When I shift through my gears it makes a loud noise from the rear differential. Also, when I accelerate and then let off the gas my truck clunks forward. Also, the same thing but when I slow down from going about 45, while I'm in the process of slowing down the truck clanks forward again. I drive a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9

I have replaced:

1) Differential master bearing set
2) Clutch kit
3) 2 axel seals and 2 axel bearings

And after that it is still doing all of that.

It is a 9 1/4 trac lock 3.9 ratio

PLEASE HELP!

Seems like every Dodge that anyone in my family has ever owned did the exact same thing. My old man always told me it was just a Dodge thing.
