Default Dom lights and radio inop

So.. putting the interior of my truck back together yesterday and I have some problems. The dome lights and the radio do not work. I checked the fuses in the fuse panel inside the cab and I checked the fuses under the hood in the box by the battery. They all tested good.

Now I did a search on here before posting this thread. Is the I.O.D. fuse my problem? Replacing will fix it or no?

Suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated guys.

IOD was the problem. Replaced it and fixed the problem. However the dome lights stay on ALL the time now. Any ideas why?

you rolled up the dimmer switch to the always-on position when the lights didn't work and forgot to turn it off.

your dash lights dimmer switch turn your dash lights all the way down then slowly spin it back but not so that it clicks
