1.7 Roller Rockers????
I have a 96 Ram 360, are there any 1.7 Roller Rocker that are direct replacement that I can bolt on? Are these Stud mount or pedistal mount?
Also, will stock springs handle them?
One more thing, Do i have a roller cam and lifters?
Thanks.

Are those stock heads on your truck? If so, those look like Stud mount rockers. I would rather not use new push rods and guide plates unless its necessary. I would like to just replace the Rockers only with 1.7 rollers.
no those are the R/T heads. they went on the at the same time as the RR's. You can go with the viper rocker arms which are 1.7's but not roller. there have been a few issues with those so you might want to do some reasearch on them to make sure all of the issues are dealt with.
btw, these 1.7's are sweet! not sure if it's the rollers or the intake mod but it runs very smooth now at upper rpm's...

I'm going with Harlen Sharp self adjusting. You will need taller valve covers with them though. I like the "Mopar Magnum" covers myself (see pic).
Send an email to John at South East R/T (www.southeastrt.com). He can tell you all about them, and he has really good prices.
Here are some pics from a guy I know who did the HS rockers. He loves them, and they were really easy to install. I'll be doing mine later this summer. The 4.11 gears and lift (going on this weekend) really emptied my pocket, so it will be later in the year for sure.

we have been online helping all the mopar clubs since 1998 but have been in business over 20 yrs. i have seen some real winners in the forums but there are some savy racers that do help too.
i actually invented the magnum series rockers and contracted HS to build them these have been out since 1998 with excellent results and service. primarily, i developed the " non adjust" model everyone loves. no lash adjustments needed , its all built into the rocker. put them on and forget them.
they fit under factory covers
no beating baffles
no guideplates needed
no hardened pushrods needed
no lash adjustments requires
this style rocker jobber costs $309 + $12 ship
takes maybe 2 hrs install time going slowly. if you give me a phone number i can call and walk you through the process of installation.

they are supposed to be worth 12~15 hp across the rpm range... so I'd say yes.
I'm not sure what did it but my motor runs very smooth since I did the head swap, 1.7 RR's and intake mod... the only moving parts are on the head... mainly the 1.7's
