Do you have the aluminum plenum kit yet? if not, get it 1st otherwise you'll be doing the job again. Search for the post of the plenum leaking that I posted, it had a pic of the plenum after the intake was removed from the truck and it had the updated metal gasket from dodge... still failed. and it's all from the steel plate on the bottom... switch it to aluminum.

I'm pretty disgusted by the fact that dodge let this carry on for 8yrs before doing something about it with the 02' and up models. I'm alittle intimidated by having to remove so much stuff, but I refuse to pay a shop 3hrs worth of labor that I can do myself. I'm just gonna have to take a saturday and take my time and do it right. Thanks for the help Steve. Email is on the way.
