an 8klb winch goes for about 5-6 hundred new, maybe more. also. rule of thumb with winches...you always want to take your gvw and double it. in my case, my truck weighs about 5500 pounds unloaded so id have to go out and buy a winch capable of pulling 11klbs or greater. 8klbs is pretty decent, but i wouldnt try doing much with it other than pulling small to mid sized cars if theyre stuck. anyways. sweet steal for that price!!
