It had a brand new motor in 07 so I hope they put the plenum gasket in right,I presumed all the top side sensors were original and its not using any oil so I think were are all right in that area.

All they did was replace the gasket(which is without a doubt blown again). I doubt they put a Hughes or APS plate on it. The bolts for the stock plate are also too long, which is part of the reason the gasket does not last. Don't kid yourself! Remove the TB and look inside the intake with a light and mirror.
