What track bar?
Getting an adjustable bar won't hurt you. The drop bracket is designed to maintain stock suspension geometry, with the lift. How accurate it is, in anyone's guess. A stock bar should 'work'...... but, for the price difference, an aftermarket adjustable bar would be 'better'.
it looks like that track bar has been welded on twice before. unless that's someone's reinforced aftermarket bar, then that gusset is a shade tree add-on.
it also looks like it has also been rewelded once before at the point its broken. there is a welding track down onto the gusset.
here's the stock bar. note no gusset.

Bad after bad after bad. Once you get the track bar replaced, plan on spending some time and money at a good alignment and or frame shop. Given some of the "engineering" in the pics? Who knows how outta wack that fron end might be.
