Idle speed problem
I removed and hold in my hand and it was out when start the engine and went in when stop the engine.
Another question. why my new O2 sensors are showing a wrong message with the scan tool. They have the correct voltage on it at operate temp and at close loop

maybe you should have you motor check by a a quailfied mechanic and i am not sounding like a smart butt but my truck used to have the opposite problem it would idle at about 250 rpms i took it to a mechanic shop with a very expensive computer 20 minutes later it was idling back to norm.it idle about 650 rpms as for replacing the thermostat and heater it because the thermostat was open and it made the truck run cool heater works off you water in truck that is also a good reason why water could be leaking on floor your heater core is shot good luck buddy

alright well i understand i don't take mine to to many places but then again i don't have many problem i can't fic but when it comes to that pcm ecm crap i just let a mechanic do it i don't know where you live so i get the whole don't take it to a qualified mechanic
what are you reading off the scanner? live data or freeze frames? what are the readings on the other sensors, specifically tps and map? are you getting these "inc" readings at idle, when driving, or all the time? have you watched for data while driving?
I read this at idle. The freeze frame gave me the pression, the RPM, etc but this scanner gave me the "inc" value of the O2 sensors when you read the monitors. The catalyt monitor is "inc" too.
actron model #CP9175. A couple of times (I took like a hundred measures) gave me OK for one of the O2 sensors
I really don't think you have an o2 issue. But since you did change the IAC without removing the negative battery cable. It may be damaged or just plain defective , like I said already. And did you clean the bore in the TB before installing the new one?
Yes, I cleaned the throtle body...
