New Exhaust 1500 ext.Cab Long Bed?

New Exhaust 1500 ext.Cab Long Bed?
Hallo,
my exhaust (cat-back) is gone - so I search for a new one - checked Gibons and Magnaflow
but it seems as they have only options for short beds - what aftermarket brand
can I use in my case with ext. Cab and Long Bed, 1999 5.9 Magnum 4wheel drive
new magnaflow cat.
Part number would be nice!
