That's a little better! LOL Some period's and comma's would be nice though! LOL Replace the Trac Bar. It's bad.

what do i do if the whole on the bracket of the frame is bigger then it should be from the movement of the track bar, because the bolt moves about a half inch or so when i turn the wheel?

Put the new trac bar in, and torque the shat out of it(the bolt) . Also, get a new bolt/nut(OEM) or from a JY..

should i get a bigger bolt so if it was to move again there wouldnt be so much play between the bracket and bolt or will the bushing come into play there to help keep it in place ?

NO! Because a bigger bolt is not going to fit through the new Trac Bar.

It's welded on that end right? You can't just get the OEM bracket. Just tighten the crap out of it, and check it once in a while.
