There are pretty much no tuners for 1994-1995 trucks, as those were the older OBD I diagnostic/computer system. 1996 was the beginning of some OBD II stuff, and 1998-1999 the first year(s) of the true OBD II systems in our trucks. OBD II are the ones that really allow programming.

Fortunately, I do believe there is a company called B&M (someone correct me if I did not get that name right) that will custom flash your PCM (engine controller/computer) for you. The only catch is you have to mail it to them.

AdvancedAuto keeps them in stock....... rather telling I thought.

Check out Hughes engines, or APS. They have an aluminum replacement for the steel plate that is one of the major problems with the intake design. They sell a kit for about 85 bucks, and have the intake manifold set, and new intake bolts as well, total price, around 140.

Get a Mopar PCM, Jegs still has them in stock I think for 94-95 5.9 Rams but they run a 5.2 just fine, it's what I've been using in mine. Get a 180* t-stat and there should be no reason you can't tow.
