Default Steering Gear Box Seals

I own a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L 4X4. My steering box has been leaking since I got my truck a couple months ago. It just keeps leaking power steering fluid and I add more every couple of days or so. When I took a look under it i'm pretty sure it's only leaking out of the top seal but i'm not too sure. I had a couple questions though:
1. How hard is it to replace the seals?
2. What are the steps to replace the seals?
3. Would it be more beneficial to just completely replace the steering box?

Here is a picture of it and any help would be greatly appreciated! (Please excuse the mud, I just took her to the mud bogs)

A rebuild kit is like $50 around here. Pretty easy to rebuild, actually. Just need to make sure you install the ball correctly and don't nick the seals when you install.

A rebuilt one will be like $200, but will save you about an hour or two.

Stay away from the A-1 Cardone. I don't remember off hand the one I finally used. However, I'm doing the one on my 2500 myself. Guess I'll see how that goes.
