Lift/tires question...

Default Lift/tires question...

i have a off-road with a 2 inch levelin kit and just ordered some 315/70/17 tires for it and do u guys think that i am going to need more lift or not? and if i got a bl what would i do with the tow hooks

I think it will depend on the side lugs of the tire, what did you go with for tires?? and the tow hooks are not going anywhere dont think anyone makes a remount kit for them since they are very uncommon(only come with offroads).

i went with the tread wright guard dogs cause they were 141 a tire. and the tow hooks are mounted to the frame and go through a plastic splash guard that is hooked to the body so i figured i would have to take them out and was was thinkin maybe i could just put the under the plastic splash guard maybe

you are lifting the body not the frame. The tow hooks will remain in the same place they are now. You will need to trim that plastic thing to make them fit.

alright thats what i was thinkin but hopefully they will clear without the body lift
