Default 2001 Dodge 2500 Tranny Noise?

Hello, have a 2001 Dodge 2500 4x4 5.9 gas with Auto transmission. When it is in gear, there is a funny warble type squeeking noise. Almost like the flywheel is rubbing something. It is coming from the general area of the 4x4 shifter or back of motor. The noise is loudest while going very slowly, and goes away completely while on the highway for example. It is still present while rolling and putting it in neutral.

The only clue was that this rig recently hit a rock on the driver's side front wheel requiring some front end work and realignment.

There is also a pretty big clunk I can feel when turning over bumps on the driver's side.

Any tips to check out? Could this just be a loose tranny mount of some sort?
