I did my heater core flush this weekend... didn't get pics because my camera was not charged!... anyways... pulled the hoses off.. back flushed it.. filled it up with CLR... let it sit for 2 hours... flushed it both direction until water ran clear... hooked the hoses back up and burped the system! heat is much better now!!

On a 98, you can rapidly turn the **** back and forth. You should here it slamming shut in both directions.
