Default 8" lift questions????

ok i have a99 dodge ram 1500 8" suspension lift for my truck i have 6"coils,2"coil spacer, 4"blocks,4" heavyduty add a leaf, 8"drop pitman arm, 6-8"adjustable trac bar, dual steering stabilizer, control arms i am wondering if that is everything that i will need? i have all the bolts and everything for it. i am going to run 38s on it with 4.88 gears.

also i know i will have to lengthen the front driveshaft and rear driveshaft and angle and all that but i plan on getting something bigger and just have it shortened and balanced by a shop. and also lengthen brake lines but would dropping th transfercase 2"be a good idea so its not angled as much? also if there is anything else that i will need to do or anything it would be much appriciated such as if i would need a steering block and lenghten the steering shaft.

and if anyone has a picture of their truck with a 8" lift that would be awsome and tell me what you all did to your truck to make it all work good

truck is just going to be a daily drive NO OFFROAD so only highway driving

thanks

You are also going to need some flavor of long arms for the front. Which probably also means moving the frame brackets back, or, fabricating new ones to put where they need to be. (and removing the stock ones....)

You are going to burn thru front end parts like nobodies business with 38" tires on there as well. The Dana 44 just wasn't meant to handle meats that size, combined with the weight of a full sized truck.

You can get a 'clock ring' for the transfer case, which will be more effective than simply lowering it. Just lowering it will also alter the angle for the front driveshaft.... in the wrong direction. Re-clocking it will get it lower, and won't adversely affect the driveshaft angle.
