I know this is like my 3rd post of the night. Sorry guys i promise this is the last one. But I finally am to the point where I can start buying some accessories for my truck and I want some veteran advice. I probably just want a muffler but I don't know which one is better.

P.S. emissions don't matter. I live in wyoming

 

Only you can decide! Go to youtube and listen to both mufflers on Rams and make your own assumptions as to which one sounds better.

 

Purpl is correct. Everyone has different preferences, not really any clear cut "muffler XYZ is better than muffler ABC" facts, just opinions on sound.

One thing I will tell you is that the older Flowmasters didn't flow well. If you decide to go the Flowmaster route, make sure its one of their newer models that has their "delta flow" design.

I just put a Flowmaster 10 Series SIDO on my 2001 5.2L. My truck sounds pretty sweet.
