Default I Need Help: 95 ram fog light wiring

I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 SLT Laramie 4X4, 360 w/auto trans. I bought the truck from a buddy who hit a deer so it had no front bumper when I got it. He told me it had factory fog lights, so when I bought a bumper from the junk yard, I got one with lights. They plugged into the factory wiring harness (3 prong plug) but then I couldn't figure out how to turn them on. there is no switch on the dashboard, there is a blank spot next to the O/D switch. The distribution center has a fuse for "Fog Lamp" but no relays. I traced the wires from that fuse and the 3 prong plug to the underside of the dash, but they run behind the glove box and then I lose them, I want to use the factory wiring, can someone help?

The switch is supposed to be right next to the O/D Off button. If it ain't there, he didn't have factory fogs. You can probably score the switch from the same truck you got the bumper from. (unless, like here, they are all stripped to a bare shell.....) If the front wiring was there, the dash wiring probably is too.

Does anyone have any pics. from a '95 like the relay/fuse box under the hood, or the plug for the fog light switch so I know what to look for.
