Replaced steering rack on 04 Ram 1500. Went fine except I cannot get larger return line to seat into the fitting. It's starts tighting up but the line never snugs up and leaks when I start it. I tried about 30 times and same result. What can I do?

 

might be cross threaded. Sometimes those lines can be a real bear to get in there right....... just keep trying.... might help to install that end of the line FIRST.....
