No. that is for two wheel drive. At least, the one pictured is..... In 1996, the trans changed from 46RH, to 46RE, the two are NOT interchangeable. Your best bet would be to call the 800 number listed in the add, and have a chat with someone there. Tell them what you have, and what you want, and they should be able to give you a price. (including shipping, and core charge.....)
