Unhappy Fuel/ignition problem

I would be so very happy for some direction before I blow up my truck. I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 2wd with a 5.9 liter 'Z' vin. I have replaced the crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor, rotor and cap, plugs and wires and the PCM. The fuel Sync is set at zero believe it or not I got it with my DRB III programmer. The problem is now that when I start it for the first two minutes runs and idles fine then it starts what it sounds like random missing. When driving at road speeds it cuts out at stops it sometimes stops if I dont keep my foot on the gas. I'm thinking fuel pump/filter. I would be so very happy for some guidence. Thx Dan

This truck has 157,220 miles and an engine rebuild at 140,000 miles.

After many hours of fun, this is what I found. I replaced all eight injectors 2 of 8 worked, also removed the jacobs ignition system, also found out about a recall bullentin about spark issues, missing etc, there is a specific way the plug wires must be run and they also need to be put in wire loom, this eliminated all my ignition issues. I will be posting the full bulletin on here for anyone who may be interested.
