What are you thinking of getting, supercharger or turbo?
Have you upgraded the trans to handle all the extra power?

Most that go boost on a Magnum motor go with the Edelbrock aluminum 202 heads.
Aluminum will disapate heat faster & is almost like running 1oct point higher fuel.
That will decrease the chance of detonation which is a boosted motors # one enemy.

Best to take them to a good machine shop first.
Get a basic port job, gasket match, decked if not flat/level (mine werent) & 3angle valve job.
That will clean up any casting flaws, flash & make sure they seal correctly
Consider this machine work insurance, cheaper than finding out the hard way something wasnt assemble or machined correctly.
Happens with all the manufacturers.
Will also give better performance as a bonus

If you dont know any good machine shops where you live, Hughes is a good place to buy & have them machined.
They can do the work & send them to you prepped for decent price.

BTW, if the heads do have to be decked/leveled, then your F1 intake will need to be decked as well so it matches correctly & wont leak.

Get the ARP studs specific to the Eddy heads as well

You want to get some decent headgaskets as well.
Felpro 1008 are ok, Cometic MLS are better (hard to seal) & the SCE Titan MLC(multilayer copper) are the best IMHO.

Coulda swore I posted this earlier......

If you are going to go to the trouble of removing the stock heads, just replace them. The decks are thin, and they are very prone to cracking.

110k miles, do a compression test.
Want even compression across the board if your going to run boost.

??? No where in my post did I mention using stock heads.
Toss the stockers in a scrap heap where they belong.
Total waste of money/time porting stock heads, results are minimal & chances are even greater of them cracking, if they arent already.

Any NEW heads you may buy should be inspected by a machine shop & given at minimum a basic port job/valve job.
With twin turbos, you should only be looking at aluminum heads due to the heat they generate.
