Been lifted and they filled the gap with 2x2 plastic tube....looks gay. What is missing or needs to be done here?

Body lift for sure. Most good kits come with bumper brackets too. Looks like they used hockey pucks or something to lift it. Hence, no bumper relocation brackets.

Yep agreed , in order to get the bumper where it should be you will need the relocation brackets. More than likely it is a homemade body lift. Not sure if you can buy those brackets separately or not . I would examine the lift and make sure it's safe , if not replace it with a proper lift that will include the brackets....Or you could just build a custom bumper to fill in the gap ! Hope you can fix the gayness .

I'd give Performance Accessories a call, they include front bumper relocation brackets with their kits. They may very well sell you a set for the front of your truck.

I agree, that looks terrible.

A good buddy of mine had his Cheby Z71 lifted with a combination 3" suspension lift and 2" body lift by a local shop. Because he has a grill guard and winch (same as mine, actually) the shop had to make brackets for the bumper and grill guard/winch mount out of heavy steel so he could still use the winch. Not a hard fabrication by a decent shop.

They didn't do anything for the rear bumper though, so I cut him a "filler piece" out of a sheet of diamond plate. It matches his tool box and diamond plate rail/taigate guards perfectly and was a relatively inexpensive fix...
