does anybody know if the seats from a 03 or 04 ram work in a 01 ram without any major mods?

 

Did you try doing a search here on DF? IIRC, there are some threads on that, and I'm pretty sure some welding and fabricating of brackets is involved. So I guess it all depends on the equipment you have and what you consider "major mods".
