I saw it, just found it strange. If their is no visual difference, what good is the info. Unless maybe there was a visual difference, that's why I asked.

Lights on the roof are a 2500 or 3500, but as others have said they could be aftermarket

I agree thats a DUALLY TRUCK the blown up pic shows the front rim of a dually and you can somewhat make out the fender flare of the bed too, I PUT $20 BUCKS and a case of beer on it

It seems that people are arguing over details that can't possibly be made out.

Clearance lights were optional for 1500 but this truck is a 2500 judging by stance. No absolute proof though.

There are no marker lights for a dually. It would have the red three light bar under the tailgate and marker lights on the fenders. Hence not a dually.

I just played around with the coloring and stuff on my pc with those pics and it looks like it has chrome fender trim, like that crap you get at places like advance auto, o'rilley's, all those chain stores.
Definitely has a bed cover, and what looks like one of those off-road winch mount bumpers. Also looks like it has a clearance light bulb out. The one farthest on the driver' side. Look at each pic a little closer. You can see only 4 bulbs emitting light. The one all the way on the driver's side is out.

And there's something bright on the extended cab window on the driver's side. Sticker, or something. It's reflecting light while the rest of the window looks dark, tinted.

i keep looking this over and over and im seeing it as single cab.....if you look at the close up of the first pics, you can see the window.....and if you try to do some measurments, it looks like there isnt enough room to be a qc...or its just 1 thin *** door.

and some more i noticed.....its de-badged.....there isnt anything on the tailgate, and it doesnt say ram 1500, 2500 etc on the doors.....

By looking at the pics i would be looking for a ex cab long bed 98-99 dodge ram 2500 cummin my reason why
-chrome bumper tells me it atleast a 98 becase if it was 97 or older and had the painted black mirrors it would have the front bumper paint black as well
-It a 2500 becuase it a ex cab long bed there are 1500 but not many at all. Also has cab lights, once again 1500 have them but not many at all. And all 3500 are dooley
so it not a 3500.
-If dodge dude is right about the tailgate protector cutoff being 2000 tells me it can only be a 98-99. yea you can change the tail gate but i just going off what i can see and there is deff a tailgate protector there.

I hope that helps you out and you get your stuff back sorry to hear that. This is why my atv in a lock in my garge with two lock on the door and is chained to a block wall and is in front of my dads car and my trailer has a trailer lock on it, and it in my back yard. Makes me sick they people out there that dose this. They should do what they do in the old days and cut they hands off.

i have a 95 and have chrome mirrors....came stock it was on my build sheet.....

and not all 3500's are duelly....

and some say it has to be a 2500 due to stance.....what if it has a level kit in it? could still be a 1500....but im leaning towards a 2500 myself......just trying to throw every thing i can to eliminate things
