Cold weather always makes thing show up, First thing to check is the belt tensioner make sure it has full movement, Take off the belt and wash off all that belt cond it should not be used on a serpentine belt ever, it just plugs all the groves with dirt as it sticky, Also wash all the grooved pulleys, check for play or roughness in the other pulleys. Check for belt alignment everything should be in line with the other. Last new belt.
