My 97 Dodge Ram 1500 windshield wipers just won't work.It is very snowy and cold.I checked all fuses.Removed all ice around the wipers.Can't figure it out.What's weird is, my passenger side turning signal won't work either.Would this have anything to do with it? Can Anyone help??? Thanks!

 

Pull the covers off of your steering column right below the steering wheel. Have a look at the wires that go the the multifunction switch, they tend to pull out of the connector, or, simply melt themselves.... I bet you have tilt wheel too, don't ya.
