I have a 01 dodge ram it used to have the 3.9L in it, but then i put a the dodge durango 5.9L into it and went to a junk yard and got a pcm for 100 bucks works perfect runs rough and throws 02 codes found out it was cali emissions so i paid another 100 bucks and bought the same one just fed emissions and my truck wont start it cranks and cranks and wants to start but doesnt. so im in real need of some dodge guru's to help me out.

I would see if you could swap out the PCM for another one.... if it ran good on one, but, not on the other, and that was the only change made.....
