Trailer wire hook up

Trailer wire hook up
I have a 2001 dodge 1500 5.9. When I bought the truck the original trailer wiring hook up had been cut. I am just wondering what color wires are the blinker, brake lights, tail lights and the ground. Any help would be great. Thanks

Grab the factory service manual. (That link is to a zip archive so don't be surprised when it starts downloading.) It's in there.

4 wire plug?
Yellow - Left Turn (think yellow line on road)
Green - Right turn (think green trees/grass on right)
White- ground (think snow...hey, I'm canadian
)
Brown- tail (yeah....)
7 wire plug I can't remember off the top of my head like that but I have it wrote down in my toolbox somewhere....

edit again: nvm I misread the first post haha... you probably mean the truck wiring right?
