rearend
i just recently noticed a noise in my rearend. whenever i come into a sharp turn i hear a knock coming from my rearend. i think it might be my u-joints but not sure. any ideas?
Get your build sheet from a dodge dealer, or, from the email link in the faq section. That will tell you if your truck came with one from the factory.....
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to pull the cover, and have a look at what's inside as well. Differentials giving up the ghost while you are using it can be a bit exciting...

Perhaps you farted? That's a common symptom of rear end noise.

I must be raggin' it today because VW's "funny answers" just seem... well... not so funny? Annoying? Anyway...
My wife heard a similar noise when she borrowed my truck... something clunking in the rear when she stopped, started, or took a hard turn. She was all upset. I said, "Honey, did you take the step ladder out of the bed before you left?"
Noise solved. In my case.
