sorry the truck when it is cold it is sluggish (no power) but not as bad when it is warmed up to temp. like it has the speed but not the power to pull like hills or pulling off hills like it crawls off them to me it doesnt seem to be the transmission because it shifts fine there is no slippage. i dnt think injector because i think i checked that and plugs where wet. and there was no code thrown when this started. also the guy saying about air cleaner i took that off right when it started happening and still was doing it

Plugs were wet????

Take it up to your local neighborhood parts store, ask them if they have a scanner that can read DATA. See what temp the PCM thinks the engine is.... (pcm uses a separate sensor from the gauge in the dash.)

If that checks out, do a compression test. Post your results.

Loss of power stems from improper mixture, incomplete combustion, restriction in the intake, or exhaust systems.

Have you tried it with the O2 sensor unplugged? (to test the sensor)

Have you tried it with the O2 sensor removed from the exhaust? (to see if the cat is plugged)

If your fuel pressure is supposed to be 49, and all your are getting is 40.... that is indeed a problem. I have seen conflicting info on this topic though.... confirmation either way would be good.

Many sensors have failure modes that won't set a code. All of them, I think......
