Default won't start code P1389

Well my gauge was showing my truck wasn't chargeing, So i replaced the alternator was chargin then 3miles down the road check engine light came on also not chargin again.Turned the truck off now will turn over but not start,Fuelpump is working no fire, Code p1389 is only code showing ASD relay not getting voltage from pcm, The relay is good it's also getting power checked all the grounds and cleaned computer connections,I read that sometimes a cranksensor can cause this problem just don't know where to start, Could use some help got to get to work monday 99 ram 5.9 auto.

You need to verify fuel pressure with a gauge , and make sure the battery is good. Also, check the ground wire that is bolted to the power steering pump bracket.

Alternator also has a ground that is up on top of the bracket. Make sure that one is clean and tight.
