OBD Software -- which to use?

I'm wondering what OBD software is the best to use with my '99 Ram, what others here have had good results with...looking for something in the 'free' price range (I have a '99 Ram for a reason but not against paying a little for a really good software package) but haven't been able to find a good one yet.
