Default Weird noise

It's been awhile since I've been on but now I'm having a problem. On my way home last night I heard this aweful sound that honestly sounded like the wheel was goin to fall off. I got out and looked and nothing seemed out of place. Drove some more and it got worse. I pulled over again but this time I was mad and slammed the door and it made the sound. It appears to be coming from the control arm bushings. By the time I made it home the noise had stopped. My track bar has been worn out for at least a year and you can actually move bar in the joint. My question is, is it possible for the bar to be letting the axle move enough to bind the control arms and bushings up?

It the movement is severe enough, its possible. I would jack up the front, and check wheel bearings and such though...... just to be safe.

I'm going to order top gun customz new track bar and put new wheel bearings on. I'm going to jack it up later and get the wheel off and see what's going on.
