Where does the intermediate shaft have play?

 

You would ask that question. I don't know I just looked to see that when the wheel was moved back and forth the input shaft didn't move. I never bother to see what on the shaft was loose. Is the stock one repairable? I just assume the thing was shot and needed a new one.
