I was just searching ebay for random accessories for my truck and came across these and wondered if anyone had ever seen them or used them or even think they work. Let me know what you think,

But the average ram's wiring is just set for one bulb, moving from brights to dims, would it just move 2 bulbs from brights to dims then?

if the only purpose of the change is to just have both bulbs illuminated on brights, then the "brite box" is a cheaper and easier solution. it runs about $100.

Hey, for an electrical guru like you something like this probably is a big waste of money. But for one such as myself, who knows nothing about electrical work, this is a very nice package.

I was just wondering the other day why the hell the fog lights shut off when the brights are turned on... makes absolutely no sense to me. And I really like the idea of the dims coming on with the brights (and fogs) too! I may have to purchase this kit... unless big red wants to come over simply splice in a relay for me

The fog lite deal is rather easy to modify. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...igh-beams.html

Electrical guru? It doesn't take an electrical guru to figure out what is going on in your headlight circuit. That little box is about $4 worth of components at best. Anyone with 1/2, no a 1/4 of a brain could figure it out.

Instead of throwing money at the problem, why not try and figure it out? Who knows, you could learn something. The schematics are posted on this site in the service manual. Dare I say search, it's been done before.

Thanks for that link Z. But, I must say I get completely lost when looking at something like that. I have no knowledge of what relays and schematics and stuff like that do. I guess I have a lot of homework to do before I would jump into a project like that.
