this is the thread with the green custum interior, and I didnt have problems with my chrome mirrors until I got my truck back from paint it moves a good half inch when stopping or taking off, havent had time to mess with it

Your one of the lucky ones then. I actually replaced my passenger mirror with one from the dealer back in 07', and about a year and a half later it would wobble back and forth on acceleration or braking.

You know y'all could put a drop of epoxy in the joint where it moves at and that'll keep them in place.

I have those big powered chrome mirrors too and mine dont move at all.Damn,now I'm jinxed.

Rather than epoxy them, they could buy 2 sets of those truck nuts and dangle them from each mirror. That should keep them in place LOL

And that's the only thing that could compete with the green truck, as far as tackyness.
