Well I disconnected the cable and turned on the headlights for 30 seconds.. I let the truck idle for about 5 minutes and no check engine light, but as soon as I took it down the road the light came on and it began to sputter a little bit again..

Check the codes again, and make sure the body lift didn't pull the ground wires off the firewall or backside of head on passenger side.

Okay I'll try that as well, I checked the ground or I should say grounds off the firewall that connect to the head and they were very tight but seemed to still be connected.

Check your codes again. Did both codes show up again, or just one?

My guess is still clogged cat. Any exhaust shop can pressure/temp check it.

I would check all the ground connections. Even though everything looks connected, corrosion can keep sensors and such getting a good ground. I was getting a p0138 code and it was from a bad ground.

Make sure the o2 sensor is plugged in all the way to the harness.

Ok so I disconnected the negative on the battery and cleaned up the terminals and tightened some grounds.. I found a couple wires that were zip tied to the tranny that looked like they may had been smashed after the truck was lifted so i cut those loose.. Also made sure both 02 sensors were plugged in fully and properly.. I erased the codes with my scanner and the light hasn't came back on yet and appears to be running smoother so far.. It sputtered a little when I first started down the road but hasn't since.. We'll see what happens..
