Default Turn signal does not work when running on

Ok, so my Ram just decided to start this today. All the lights are working, but when I have the running lights on the left turn signal does not work, just stays solid. When the running lights are off it all works just fine. Hazards do the same thing where they work fine with the running lights off but just stay on steady when the running lights are on. Also the third brake light will also just come on randomly when I turn the running lights on.

I checked the connections at the lights and they look clean. I've been going over the wiring diagram to see if any of that all comes together on one place and I wonder if the turn signal / hazard switch could be going bad? Any ideas from anyone?

Forgot to add that I have relays in for the headlights and new wires to the headlight switch so it shouldn't be a problem with that switch, I hope.

Remove the covers off the steering column and check the wire harness.

Ok took the cover off and checked it out. Wires look just fine, not burnt or anything, nice and clean.

I did notice however with the harness unplugged from the multi-switch, when I turned the running lights on the left tail light was at full strength (like the brake light was on) while the right tail light is the normal brightness for the running light. When the multi-switch is plugged on the rear tail lights act as normal. Front running lights are unaffected by either condition.

Short in the wiring in the rear harness.

Take out the bulb, look at the socket, if it is really corroded, clean it out.
