96 ram vacumn problem

Default 96 ram vacumn problem

Seems actuator is gettin vacumn it moves,and the collar locks the front axles in where could I be losing vacumn at could it be at the intake gasket

why have you come to the conclusion that you're losing vaccum?

you should have strong vac on one of the CAD vac lines when in 2wd and the other when in 4wd.

if not, you can be loosing vac in any line from the manifold, to the t-case switch, to the 2 hoses, the 2 hard lines under the transmission cross member, or the hoses after those.

i cant figure out what exactly his problem is... if hes not getting vac at the CAD or to some other component, or what...

Default vacumn

Well the actuator slides when I blow or suck on it,but the front axle won't lock in transfer case goes thru all the gears,but when we rebuilt transfer case and put it in the transmission won't shift now

And what is the best way to,adjust transfer case linkage anyone have any pics on which way that plate for the shift linkage should be

Well replaced switch on transfer case lines on cad are clear and got a lot out of the metal lines going to cad.could it besomething in the intake or plenum gasket not pushin or pullin enuf vacum as. I don't have a gauge
