What's better and elec. question
Have to do the whole plenum "thing" and want to know what"s the "best" one, Hughes or APS. And should I have the timing chain/ gears done while it's down, truck has close to 119,000 miles and I figured while the mechanic is working on it having them done (and water pump) just to CMA. And any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Now I have a electrical question, seatbelt light will illuminate but only when it's cold outside, below 35 degrees. Have disconnected the battery and it will go out until the next morning and back up it comes.
Again Thanks

Hughes or APS doesn't really matter. Hughes occasionally has quality control issues, but they get you the plate in a timely matter (and the few screw ups have been isolated incidents, it seems). APS used to be really good, but now appear to be hit or miss, quality wise. Did Hughes myself, would do it again in a heartbeat.
As far as the timing chain goes, yes, I'd change it. Water pump, if you have the money, yes as well. Here is a thread in the general section about the amounts of slack in timing chains after various mileages, and some report quite a bit of slack after even 2/3 the miles you have.
