Tranny "THUNK" when I put it into reverse

The thunk when putting it in reverse isn't there when the transmission is new or rebuilt but over time it'll get louder and louder.
It's a Dodge thing and it's normal.
About the transmission mount, just get under there and poke it. It should be firm.
Mine was bad on my camaro and the transmission would slap the floor when I stomped on it. When I got under there and checked it out I saw that the mount had the consistency of a gummy bear.

Yep, familiar with that sound.... first time I hear it, I about had a heart attack.
