Very easy to do, I used the cig lighter for my power source since it is switchable power, and I used a power source from my headlight switch to power the bulb inside the gauge so when I turn my headlights on the light inside the gauge lights up with the rest of the cluster.

Auto Meter,as well a a few other make single or double gauge pods that fit over the top of the steering coulum cover. They take a 2 5/16 size gauge( doesn't have to be an auto meter).

I got it at Summit Racing, and the Pod requires a 2 1/16" gauge. The gauge is an Autometer Z series. There are a few other series that are more fancy, but I thought the Z series was close to factory looking.
