with headers i dont have a way to hook up my egr is it ok just to block it off

Firstly, you ordered the wrong headers. Secondly, yes, it is fine as long as emissions are not a concern.

yeah i got them from a local swap meep they looked just like the pacesetters but no egr so i really aint to worried about it. they bolted up fine thats all i cared about and no emissions here on a 94 :-)

i blocked my off,,, i get a code few times a month, goes off when i turn the truck off

Wonder if you can turn off egr in the PCM? Would require a custom whatever though. Don't know if you can just change a chip, or what.
