Question Opinions Needed

hey guys, my ram is startin to rust around rear wheel wells and its a two tone, my question is has anybody use the new duplicolor bed armor as fender flares around the wheel wells and if so r u happy w/ it? or should I just do the traditional body work and repaint the sections? I live in NY so I have to fight w/ salt every winter thats why I tend to lean toward the bed armor. But if there is more effective alternatives please let me know.

If you don't fix the rust, it will just continue to get worse. Do that first, and then consider using something to make sure it doesn't happen again. (some flavor of rust prevention......)

yea I planned on fixing the rust no matter what, was just wonderin if anybody used bedliner material to fix their wheel wells(provided there is rust there u dont fix something that isnt broken.) and what they thought about the material before I went ahead and just used it.

get a grinder, and grind the rust to bare metal.....fill in whatever needed with bodyfiller, and then do the bed armor......if you do it now, it wont stick or last for very long, and wont help the problem, just cover it as it gets worse.
