What type of plugs did you use and did you route the wires properly, there is a routing diagram in the FAQ section. Is your plenum blown?

, Seafoam the crap out of the intake before you take it apart too. There might be all kinds of carbon build up on the valves, which btw, will give you bad readings if you did a compression test.

I forgot to mention put in some Lucus oil Injector cleaner in the tank 2 days ago. My truck is now running smooth not as smooth as I would like. But I will be doing the seafoam here in about an hr. Im excited to think that after this truck sitting for almost a year and a half that its finally getting to the point of running right. O2's and Plenum are next!!!!!!

HOLY CRAP BATMAN!!!! This truck has never ran so good .Seafoam is amazing!!! Half direct to the upper motor ,other half in the tank. Its almost even shifting right. ( still need tc lockout solenoid)It really appears that the injectors were really junked up on the truck after sitting for so long. All codes are gone and I am now a happy ****!!!

Just don't forget the plugs were f'd up and seafoam in the intake cleaned up the carbon that the blown plenum is causing. BTW, when you do check or fix the plenum, also get a PCV valve from the dealer.
