Default I have done everything for heat...

So as most of you know i am struggling to get good(or even ok heat!!) out of my truck. I have done the following and still have no clue as to what the problem could be..

Coolant flush at least three times (backwards and forwards)
new coolant and hoses and t-stat(working tstat...)
burped air several times, none left
checked blend door ..works
i have cable actuated blend door.. cable is good
truck gets up to OP temp (195)
full on coolant 60/40mix
water pump has good circ
get good hot heat on recirc but windows fog horribly and freeze up...
no heat on all other settings and gets worse as i crank the blower speed up
All my heater/rad hoses get hot and about the same temp when tstat is open
No gurgling or leaking from heater core and got good flow through it
I disconnected my ac compressor and didnt make any difference..
So before i take my truck to shop for the first time ever i really need some help. Seems if its around 25-30 i can get some what ok heat but if its single digits or sub zero i can cool air lol.. So HELP!!!! I have done everything i can find that might help and nothing has.. I reallly don't want to take her in(feels wrong) but im lost..

thanks guys

This is not really my area of expertise, but would a bad heater core cause this? I don't get a lot of heat myself, but I always assumed it was because of my 180 degree t-stat.

That was my thought, but how can a heater core be bad, if its not leaking, has good flow, i get good heat from recirc and the hoses are hot? I keep thinking its my heater core though.. Im hoping its not=/

Have you tried just flushing the heater core itself?
I had the same problem on my old 97 Dakota, hooked a garden hose to the heater hose,
took off the other heater hose.
A crapload of really rusty looking water came out, flushed until clear, had great heat after.

yup!! Flushed the heater core too!!! Gunna try another bout of rad flush only in the heater core later this week when it gets near freezing.. Will let it sit in there for a few hours then blow it out with air.

I suspect a bad heater core. Last year I was going through the same thing, my heat was good, but not great. I had noticed that my heat got worse and worse every year. And my windows were fogging up when I turned the heat on. Replaced my heater core with a good Mopar one, and now its a sauna in my truck if you leave the dial all the way up long enough.

Default I got heat!!!

Got heat(well better heat...) now!!! My heater core was pretty much completely clogged up, so i flushed it like 10 times and used rad cleaner in it. I had some big chunks coming out. So this spring I'm replacing it lol. I got much better heat now(not what it should be but good enough). I am pretty happy now!!! Thanks for everyones help!!

chunks of what? rust or mineral deposits or what ?
and is it obvious that you have much better flow through the core - as visible in a water hose backflush test?
in order to help others - compare your old flow with the new

which brand/name of radiator cleaner did you use?
