Default I think tranny issues?

My dodge has a 46re I believe. 2001 dodge ram 1500 5.2 single cab. I noticed it starting making a squeeking sound in reverse only, only at certain tempartures, so I thought it was just rear seal going out or making noise. But I was not leaking any fluid. Then when it was really cold( gulf coast 20-30 degrees is considered really cold, lol) it would make a sloshing noise like something was spinning up fluid so hard that you could hear it and feel a slight vibration from it. But im not sure else how to describe it because I dont think in park it would be spinning up fluid that hard to feel and hear it through thick tranny alum. Then the noise would go away after a few seconds, week later the noise would happen on crankup and then be louder giving it throttle and go away after a few times of giving throttle, week later it just does it longer and longer as time goes by. This happens everyday when it sits out for a night its just getting worse. When I leave for lunch at 12 o' clock from work it doesnt do it during the day even if engine and tranny completely cool. Only at night when it get colder than day I guess. Well monday, it started vibrating when it would shift in overdrive getting on interstate, let my foot off gas it would stop. It only did it when it was under some stress(like gas pushed down almost to but not enough for kickback cable to downshift her) only in fourth. I could slowly get up to 80 mph w/o it vibrating to peices. But just like the sloshing it started getting worse. Now no matter what whether I have it under slight strain in fourth or slowly trying to get it up to speed I cant do anything over 65mph(im sure I could but afraid to tear something up) I fear it will get worse like fourth going completely out. I guess I could make it in third but I have heard when something goes out in an automatic tranny it will eventually take everything else out. Sorry for long post but I always see post never answered because of lack of detail as to whats its doing. Please use lamens terms or direct me to a very detailed knowledgeable text that describes all info about an automatic( that would help me out alot, because I love to learn and stuff I dont know about). But please help me so I can plan ahead if its about to go out. Thanks yall.

How many miles on the truck? When was the last time the fluid and filter were changed? Bands adjusted? What does the fluid level look like? (check in neutral, NOT in park) Burnt? Still have the check valve in the trans cooler line going to the radiator?

Possible that the vibration your are feeling in fourth is a miss, rather than a trans problem. Might wanna pull some plugs, and have a look at 'em.

It is also very possible that the sloshing noise you are hearing is air in the heater core.

Its got 150xxx miles. Just bought the truck about 6 months ago and guy said he did a complete tune-up on tranny and engine. But it started misfiring 3 months after i bought it and dist cap, plugs, and rotor i could tell had not been changed. Only thing he did was change oil. I am going to drop pan this weekend and take a look. I bet he didnt touch anything down there. I figured yall would tell me to drop pan first and give it tune-up, just wondering if someone had the same thing happen to them and it turned out to be rearend or something. And no I have not done the check valve delete yet. Working 7 10's not had time to do much.

Try this for kicks, when you start the truck put the Trans into neutral for a few seconds (5-10) before you go into any other gear. See if that makes a difference to anything.
