Default Steering stabilizer bar

I recently purchased a stabilizer bar for my dodge truck and I was wondering how do you replace it and is there any thing special I need to do prior and after putting it on?????

steering stabilizer is usually a sideways mounted shock absorber, I suspect you are talking about the track bar? If so: Easy to change, just knock it loose on both ends, and then swap it out. The frame end can be fun to convince to let go of the truck. Big Hammer makes the job easier. I didn't even need to jack mine up to do it.

I didn't. Mine sits a little higher than a half ton truck though. I think it took about 30 minutes for the whole job. Hardest part was getting the frame end of the bar to let go.
