If it will crank, but, not start, swap the asd relay with the wiper relay. See if that improves its attitude.

Only works on certain years, and we don't have that info!

 

The best way to check this from my recent experience is to turn the key to on and listen by the gas cap for whine or electrical noise, that will be the fuel pump turning on or not if you don't here any noise.
After that depends on what year, eng type, and model for next steps.

 

hey guys thanks for aal the good ideas i have check my lift pump and wasnt hardly pumping i took a shot in dark replaced lift pump 200 bucks later bam it worked running like cummins should
